Apple compote with cherry
140 g apples
40 g cherries, pitted
220 g water
50 g sugar or xylitol
Apple peel and slice.
Peel apples fill with water, boil for 10 to 15 minutes, strain.
In the broth, add sugar, apples and cook for another 6-8 minutes. Then put the cherry compote, bring to a boil.
Serve chilled compote.
