Duck in honey
1,8 kg duck
5 soy sauce tablespoons
3 honey tablespoons
2 olive oil tablespoons
salt, pepper - to taste
Cut the duck, scalded 2 times with boiling water every 15-20 minutes
Then mix the soy sauce, honey, oil, salt, pepper. Part of the sauce (~50%) to coat the duck and allow to stand at least 2 hours (if will stand the day - would be SUPER!) in covered container.
Before cooking, coat the duck again, the remnants of the sauce to pour inside the duck.
Put in the oven without a lid (preferably on the grill) and watered periodically drained the fat.
Ready duck is approximately 2-2,3 hours.
Serve cut into slices.
