Peking duck

1 tbsp. honey
3 tbsp. dark soy sauce
1 tbsp. sesame oil for ducks and for tortillas 1 teaspoon

Mix honey, soy sauce, oil and dye. Lubricate the duck part of the obtained sauce and soak for 12 hours. The rest of the sauce mix with 2 tablespoons of water and pour into a duck through the hole in the abdomen. Sew the hole thread and fry the duck for 30 minutes in a preheated 200 �C oven until tender.
For the cakes in the flour, pour hot water, knead elastic dough, cover it with a wet towel and leave for 15 minutes.
