Pepper salted cucumbers
10 kg sweet pepper
15-20 pcs. cucumbers
2-3 garlic - head
100-150 g fennel seeds
Pepper wash, remove seeds. One is left with the fruit of the seeds and cut in half. Medium-sized cucumbers washed and prick with a fork in several places. Dill wash and cut into pieces with a length of 10-15 cm. Prepared vegetables and seasonings in a bowl placed tightly with a wide neck, cover with a circle, put oppression and pour hot brine. Leave at room temperature for 2-3 days, then transferred to a cold place.
