10 cucumbers - medium

1 chili peppers - large

2-3 celery - stalk

5 garlic is a large cloves

dry seasonings to taste (Hops suneli, dill)

150-180 g salt

Marinade:

Water bring to a boil. Carefully pour the salt and, stirring constantly, allow the salt to dissolve. Then again bring to a boil.

Aside and allow to cool to 45�

My peppers, remove seeds. Cut into small slices.

Garlic chop into thin slices.

Celery slice, width 3-5 see

Take enameled bowl (I used the pan for 5 HP). At the bottom put a few stalks of dill, 2 sprigs of tarragon. The entire area spread 1/2 of the number of celery, garlic and chilli.

Put cucumbers tightly to each other. Napolesriviera in the first layer of cucumbers spread on top of second layer.

On top of cucumber spread the remaining celery, garlic, pepper, tarragon and dill.

Sprinkle with seasonings. I used 1/3 teaspoon hops suneli and 1/2 teaspoon of dill.

When the marinade reaches the desired temperature, carefully pour it in enameled ware. Mariah should completely cover the cucumbers. If the cucumbers will pop-up, to use any cargo to press the cucumbers to the bottom. I used a flat plate, which allowed me to fix the cucumbers.

Enameled pot cover and leave in a warm place.

Cucumbers incubated for 5 days at room temperature. Thus obtained salted cucumbers.

7-10 days they will become salty.
