Salted cucumbers mineral water
1 kg small cucumbers
1 l carbonated mineral water
3 garlic cloves
1 dill
2 tbsp. salt
Put the washed dill (half) on the bottom of the tank.
Wash cucumbers, cut off the ends, tightly stacked.
Cover cucumbers remaining dill, and sprinkle with finely chopped garlic.
In mineral water, add salt, stir until it is dissolved, pour over the cucumbers so that the water they were, put into the refrigerator.
Serve pickled cucumbers on mineral water for 12-14 hours.
