"Fast" salted cucumbers

1 kg cucumbers

7 cloves of garlic

1 bunch of dill

1 bunch of parsley

salt

Cut cucumber ends on both sides, cut each into 4 pieces lengthwise.

Put one layer on the bottom of the pan cucumbers, top to rub on a small grater 2 cloves of garlic, spread evenly, sprinkle liberally salted cucumbers chopped herbs, salt and repeat the layer of cucumbers, garlic and herbs, so there are no more cucumbers.

Shake the pan well.

Cucumbers can be eaten immediately, on the second day after preparation obtained salted cucumbers.
