Sweet and sour pickled cucumbers
For 10 cans 1l:
7-9 kg cucumbers
300 g vinegar 9%
200 g salt
200 g celery
100 g sugar
20-30 clove buds
20-30 black peppercorns
10 Laurel leaves
10 garlic cloves
parsley
dill
Separate big than 10 cm cucumbers medium (7-10 cm) and small (up to 7 cm), washed, cut into circles, 1.5-3 cm thick, greens washed, chopped.
Onions and garlic are clean, doesn't cut it.
To prepare the filling on 1 l of water to take 50 grams of salt and 25 g of sugar, bring to a boil.
At the bottom of each jar put the onion, clove of garlic, 20 g of greens, 2-3 peppercorns and cloves, 1 Bay leaf, ? tsp. mustard seeds, 2 tbsp vinegar, put cucumbers, pour the hot marinade.
Cover the jars with lids, warm in a low boiling water for 15 min, then sweet and sour pickled cucumbers tightly youprivate and left to cool.
