Cucumbers, canned in its own juice
1 kg cucumbers (yellow, overgrown, curves)
2 garlic cloves
70-80 g salt
the leaves of black currant and horseradish
horseradish
dill
What to do with "failed" or grown cucumbers? Many people feed their animals, but you can do otherwise. This recipe canning cucumbers will make unsightly delicious fruit harvesting for the winter.
Wash the cucumber, remove the solid seeds and yellow peel, grate it and add salt, stir.
Put the grated cucumber and greens on the bottom of the tank for fermentation, to put on top a number of whole cucumbers, repeat, all the space between the cucumbers must be filled with a shredded mass of greenery.
