Salted and fermented cucumbers without vinegar

Brine:
To 1 liter of water:
50 g salt
This recipe looks similar in taste to cask-fermented salted cucumbers that kvass independently without vinegar.
Should take a fresh, small cucumbers.
Cucumbers in cold water rinse and soak a couple of hours in the water.
Greens take a big dill, horseradish root or leaves, currant leaves, you can take and other herbs to taste.
Greens wash, put in a container, which will kvass cucumbers (3L cans or pan).
Share on greens sliced hot peppers.
The salt is dissolved in cold water, do not boil.
Cucumbers put in a container, pour the brine (it should completely cover them), and put on top to close the cargo.
After cucumbers will change color and the taste will be like salt - about 3 days, they need to get and rinse, drain the brine in a saucepan, bring to a boil, greens should be discarded.
Cucumbers expanded in sterilized jars 1L, put in each jar for 2-3 peppercorns, pour the boiling brine (previously put the banks in a bowl for sterilizing with hot water).
Further, the banks are covered with sterile lids, sterilized 7-10 minutes, rolled.
