Schnitzel of turkey with cheese and herbs
4 pcs. schnitzel of turkey
4 parsley - sprigs
1/2 salad - beam
50 g butter

100 g cottage cheese
6 Art. l. sunflower oil
100 g tomatoes (small)
1 pcs. bell peppers (green)
1 pcs. onion
4 Art. l. wine sauce
8 lemon - cloves
Chopped parsley. Chop salad. Stir butter, cottage cheese, parsley and 2/3 salad. Season. Cut each schnitzel "Pockets". Since the mass of cheese and herbs and fry for 15 minutes in 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil. Season with salt and pepper. Tomatoes cut in half. Pepper cut into cubes. Chop the onion. Mix 4 tablespoons of sunflower oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and onion. Mix products for salad dressing and pour over. Arrange on plates with schnitzel. Garnish with lemon wedges.
