"Special" steak fish
500 g fish fillets
2 eggs
4 Art. l. vegetable oil
4 Art. l. breadcrumbs
2 Art. l. chopped dill
lemon
greens
Cut the fish fillets portioned pieces and repel each of them, giving it the shape of schnitzel.
Pepper, salt, sprinkle with herbs, dip in beaten eggs and pre-breaded schnitzel in breadcrumbs. Fry until cooked.
Before serving, garnish with fried schnitzel or boiled potatoes and place herbs and lemon slices.
