Children schnitzel with mashed potatoes
1 chicken breast
potatoes
vegetable oil
breadcrumbs
butter
milk
salt
Breast rinse, remove the skin, gently cut 2 pieces of fillet from the bone.
Cautiously across the grain, cut each piece into thin slices 1 cm thick.
Lightly hit the fillet blunt end of a hammer or the back of a knife, salt, breaded in bread crumbs.
A pan with a little oil, heat on medium heat, fry the fillets until Golden brown, about 3 minutes, turn over, cover the pan with a lid, make a minimum the fire, put out 5-10 minutes
Filleted fish can be cooked by steaming, or add to the pan instead of butter water (at the end of the fighting will need to add 2 tbsp. of sour cream and 1 tbsp. flour).
Peel the potatoes, until ready to boil, drain the water, leaving a small amount, pound, salt, pour the hot milk to the desired consistency, stir, add butter.
Submit child schnitzel with mashed potatoes to the table.
