Schnitzel fish cod
200 g cod fillet
50 g milk

30 g stale wheat bread
30 g bread crumbs
20 g eggs
30 g butter
salt (to taste)
Bread soaked in milk for a few minutes. Then skip it together with the fish fillets through a meat grinder.
Add in minced fish egg, stir.
Molded from the obtained mass schnitzel, breaded in bread crumbs.
Fry chicken in vegetable oil until tender.
Before serving, put the chicken on a dish, garnish with boiled pasta and drizzle with oil.
