Holstein schnitzel
150 g chicken legs - 2 pieces (on)
2 wheat flour - tablespoons
1 pcs. raw egg -. and 2 pcs. fried for registration
85 g bread crumbs
2-3 Art. l. melted butter
pepper
salt
fish roe
capers
vegetables - for garnish
Good repel meat. Season with salt and pepper. Roll in flour, beaten egg and then in bread crumbs.
Melt ghee in a frying pan. Fry the meat on both sides over medium heat.
Fry the eggs. Place the steaks on warmed serving dish, lay them on top of the fried egg 1. Apply for caviar and capers. Serve with boiled potatoes and other vegetables.
