Salad with vegetables, eggs and ham "Aragon"
150 g ham
50 g olives b / c
4 tomatoes
4 eggs
2 sweet pepper
4 tablespoons vegetable / olive oil
1 tablespoons wine vinegar
lettuce
pepper, salt
Julienne cut ham.
Boil hard boiled eggs, peel, cut into quarters each.
Cut slices of tomato and pepper - julienne.
Mix the oil with the vinegar sauce.
Shots dish salad leaves, lay eggs, tomatoes, ham, peppers and olives.
Before serving, salad with vegetables, eggs and ham "Aragon" pepper and salt and pour over the sauce.
