Salad with capers and saury
Required Products:
180 g canned saury
2 pcs. sweet pepper
2 pcs. tomatoes
200 g olives, pitted
1 garlic - clove
2 pcs. boiled eggs
2 Art. l. capers
2 Art. l. wine vinegar
4 Art. l. vegetable oil
1 Art. l. ketchup sharp
Salt - to taste
Saury mash. Pepper cut into cubes, tomatoes - slices, olives, cut in half lengthwise.
Garlic pass through the press, rub with salt, then whisk, add the vinegar, oil and ketchup.
Saury lay at the center of food, lay around the peppers, tomatoes and black olives, capers, sprinkle, pour the garlic sauce. Arrange sliced eggs.
