Tuna salad with capers
For the recipe You will need:
2 PCs egg
1 green and yellow bell pepper - pod
4 PCs tomatoes (fleshy)
195 g tuna (in own juice) - 1 jar ()
salt
freshly ground pepper - to taste
3 tbsp. white wine vinegar
6 tbsp. olive oil
200 g olives
2 tbsp. capers
4 tbsp. tomato paste
1 garlic - clove
1/2 PCs baguette
parsley for decoration
Hard-boil eggs, peel and cut into 4 pieces. Sweet pepper cut into strips. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, remove the skin and cut into strips of fruit pulp. Drain the tuna and mash it. For the filling mix the salt, pepper, vinegar and olive oil. Place in a bowl the tomatoes, peppers, tuna, olives and capers. Pour over the dressing and mix. Mix the tomato paste with 2 tbsp. tablespoons of water. Peel the garlic and put him through the press to the tomato paste. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the baguette into 8 slices and roast them in the oven. Remove from the oven slices of bread and still hot spread their tomato-garlic paste. Arrange the fried bread slices on 4 plates and put them in the salad. Add to each plate for 4 quarters eggs. Wash and dry the parsley. Decorate her tuna salad and serve.
