Snack cake "Napoleon"
For the dough:
2,5 glass flour
what kind of flour should I choose? we'll show
1 glass sour cream
1 packaging of margarine
1 egg
1 tbsp. sugar
0,5 tsp. soda
For the filling:
200 g cheese
1 jar of canned fish
1 boiled egg
mayonnaise
Of these ingredients, knead the dough, divide it into 4 equal to 1 and smaller part, roll out the dough into cakes and bake in oven until light brown shade.
Cheese grate, mix with mayonnaise, canned fish, mash with a fork, egg grate, mix with mayonnaise.
Put the cakes on each other, accurately cooked filling.
Lower crust grind into crumbs, fluff snack cake "Napoleon" at the top and sides with mayonnaise, sprinkle with crumbs.
Before serving, cooling snack cake "Napoleon" in the refrigerator.
