Cake "Napoleon" with strawberries
Ingredients:
300 g wheat flour
some flour to choose? we'll show
200 g sour cream
1 margarine - pack
1 butter - a pack
1/2 condensed milk - banks
1 glass nuts, finely chopped
1/6 h. l. vanilla sugar
70 g Strawberry - mashed into a puree - and 1/2 cup whole (mean)
Rub the flour with cold margarine until smooth grits. Add sour cream and mix until smooth. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces, podkatayte into balls, refrigerate.
Roll balls into thin cakes of equal diameter. Bake on a baking sheet wetted with water at 250 � C until golden brown. Refrigerate.
To prepare the cream, beat butter until smooth, gradually adding condensed milk. At the end, add the vanilla sugar and mix with strawberry puree.
