Honey cake
(the dough)
100 g margarine
3/4 glass sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp. honey
2 tsp. soda
2,5 glass flour

250 g butter
1 a tin of condensed milk
1 glass shelled nuts
100 g of melt margarine in a saucepan, pour down the sugar, stir. In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 eggs, mix them with honey, it will all connect in the total weight. Place the pot on low heat, stirring, until boiling, do not drive. Remove from heat, cool a little and add 2 teaspoons of baking soda, white vinegar. Again put on the fire, bring to a hot condition (weight will turn into a thick foam), add 2.5 cups of flour, well knead the dough and leave it for 1 hour in the heat. Then divide the dough into 6 equal parts, of which the roll 6 pieces, sprinkle them with flour. Cakes bake in the oven for 2-3 minutes until brown. Then, whisking 250 g butter, pour in the condensed milk, whisk again until smooth. Coat the cream cakes, sprinkle with walnut crumbs (nuts pre-fry in a pan without oil and grind) and the edge of the cakes.
