Acute roast beef and vegetables
600 g beef
40 g green peas
some peas to choose? we'll show
10 g parsley
1 glass vegetable oil
4 potato tuber
2 onions
2 carrots
1 clove of garlic
bay leaves
adjika
ground black pepper
salt
Slice the beef a la carte pieces (2 per serving), peel and cut into cubes potatoes, onions cut into rings, carrots - diced.
Fry separately in butter vegetables and meat.
Put out the meat in a pot in the oven for half an hour, add green peas, vegetables, spices, simmer until tender.
Serve hot roast beef and vegetables in a pot, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs and add crushed garlic.
