1 pumpkin

1 kg flesh beef

300 g canned green peas
some peas to choose? we'll show

6 potato tubers

5 heads of onions



4 carrots

2 glass broth

4 Art. l. vegetable oil

2 Art. l. tomato puree

2 h. l. cumin

1 h. l. salt

? h. l. ground black pepper

Cut off from the pumpkin lid and remove the seeds.

Chop the onion and carrot, fry them in butter, meat cut into cubes and fry.

Put the pumpkin on a baking sheet, put it in the meat, roasted vegetables, diced potatoes, cumin and green peas, pour all the broth, add tomato paste, pepper and salt, cover, top foil. On a baking pour a little water and bake in a hot pot of pumpkin until tender.

Post roast can be pickled vegetables.
