Vegetable stew (3)
1 PCs potatoes
1/2 PCs carrots
160 g pumpkin
1/2 onion - head
100 g cauliflower
40 g green peas canned
some peas to choose? we'll show
120 g tomato sauce
2 garlic cloves
spices - to taste
Potatoes, carrots, pumpkin and onions cut into cubes, chop garlic. Onions and carrots spasseruyte 1 tablespoon of butter, add potatoes, cook for 5 minutes.
Cabbage disassemble into florets, boil in salted water, drain in a colander.
Fried potatoes, onions and carrots, pour tomato sauce, simmer 15 minutes. Add pumpkin, cabbage and cook the vegetables for another 15 minutes. 5 minutes until cooked put the peas, garlic, peppercorns, Bay leaf, salt and sugar.
When serving, put the stew on a platter, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
