Ingredients:

100 g beet leaves

100 g cabbage

100 g green peas
some peas to choose? we'll show

3 PCs potatoes



2 onion - head

2 PCs carrots

1 l water

2 tbsp. vegetable oil

1 PCs Bay leaf

ground black pepper , salt to taste

The leaves of the beet and cabbage cut into thin strips, potato cubes.

Onions and carrots chop sticks and spasseruyte in butter.

Water bring to the boil, add the potatoes, simmer for 10 minutes, add the browned vegetables and peas, simmer for 10 minutes. Then add the beet leaves, cabbage, Bay leaf, salt, pepper, simmer for 5 minutes.

Before serving, season the soup with sour cream and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
