Soup with mushrooms (2)
Ingredients:
1 l water
300 g cabbage
1 pcs. beet
1 pcs. carrot
2 pcs. potato
100 g oyster mushrooms
1 onions - head
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
1 Art. l. vinegar of 3%
1 pcs. bay leaves
ground black pepper, salt to taste
Cabbage, beets and carrots cut into strips, potatoes and mushrooms - sliced, onions - diced.
Bow connect with carrots and saut on a part oil.
Cook beets with oil and vinegar until tender.
Water, bring to a boil, put the cabbage, bring to a boil again. Add the potatoes, mushrooms and simmer for 10 minutes, then enter the beets, browned onions and carrots. For 5 minutes until cooked add salt, pepper and add bay leaf.
Serve the soup with sour cream, issued the greens.
