Soup with mushrooms
Ingredients:
300 g mushrooms
1 pcs. onion
2 pcs. boiled beets
4 pcs. potato
1 pcs. carrot
1 Art. l. butter

1 Art. l. tomato puree
4 pcs. * Mushroom bouillon cubes
1/4 l Water - 1
spices to taste
3 Art. l. sour cream
2 Art. l. chopped parsley
Beets cut into strips, potatoes - cubes. Mushrooms, onions and carrots cut into strips and saut in butter, add the tomato puree and saut for 3 minutes. Of bouillon cubes, prepare the broth.
In the boiling broth to put the potatoes, boil for 8-10 minutes, then add the browned mushrooms with vegetables, beets, spices and simmer for another 15 minutes.
When serving put in the soup sour cream and fresh herbs.
