Borscht "Resort"
Ingredients:
100 g mushrooms boiled
2 Potatoes - Club
300 g Fresh cabbage
2 pcs. beet
1/2 glass beans white
12 pcs. black olives
1 onions - head
1 pcs. carrot
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
2 Art. l. tomato puree
1 Art. l. vinegar of 3%
1.5 l mushroom soup
1/4 h. l. black pepper
1/2 h. l. salt
4 Art. l. brine from olives
4 Art. l. sour cream
2 Art. l. chopped fresh herbs
Prepare the mushroom broth.
Large mushrooms cut into thin strips, small, leave whole.
Boil beans prescription "Boiled Beans".
Beets cut into strips, fry with 1 tablespoon of oil, add the tomato puree, vinegar, 2 tablespoons of broth and simmer for 20 minutes under the lid.
Carrots and onions finely chop, saut in remaining oil. Potatoes cut into cubes, chop the cabbage into strips.
In the lower boiling broth cabbage, bring to a boil, put the potatoes and cook for 10-15 minutes, then add the beans and vegetables browned, 5 minutes later - braised beets, olives and mushrooms. Pour the brine from the olives, salt, pepper, bring to a boil. Remove from heat, allow to stand for 15 minutes.
When serving put the sour cream, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
