Borsch Chernigov
Ingredients:
100 g beef pulp
100 g beet
90 g zucchini
2 pcs. apples
2 Potatoes - Club
1 onions - head
2 Art. l. beans
1 Art. l. tomato puree
1 Art. l. fat
1 Art. l. sour cream
4 glass broth
parsley
sugar
spices
salt
3 % th vinegar
1 pcs. tomatoes
150 g cabbage
Boil the beans.
Beets cut into strips, sprinkle with vinegar, add some fat, a little broth, sugar, tomato puree and cook until soft.
In the remaining broth, place the sliced potatoes into cubes, shredded cabbage and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Add chopped into cubes fried zucchini, beans, beets, browned onion julienne apple, sliced tomatoes, spices, salt and simmer until tender.
When serving sprinkle with chopped parsley and sour cream served separately.
