Ingredients:

160 g beets

40 g potatoes

40 g beans

40 g carrots

30 g tomato puree

2 the chopped garlic - cloves



10 g sugar

800 g beef broth

20 g sour cream

salt to taste

pepper (except diet) to taste

120 g beef - minced

The beans soak for 8 hours in cold water, rinse, pour fresh hot water, boil until cooked without salt.

Onion cut into thin strips, spasseruyte half parmi oil, add chopped soloski carrots, cook for 5 minutes while stirring, put the tomato puree and warm. Beets cut into thin strips, lightly fry in the remaining oil, add a little broth, sugar, 1/3 norms vinegar and simmer until tender. In the end put browned with tomato vegetables.

In the boiling broth enter the cabbage, let boil, add potatoes, diced, and cook 10 minutes. Put stewed beets, boiled beans, garlic and spices. Cook for another 10 minutes. Allow to stand for 15 minutes.

Skip the meat and onions through a meat grinder, add the egg, water, salt, pepper, and whisk. Form meatballs and boil them in salted water for about 15 minutes. Put in a bowl, pour in the soup, season with sour cream, sprinkle with herbs.

Note: on a diet, 8, 10 to cook soup without salt.
