Soup with beans
Ingredients:
200 g the flesh of beef or pork
50 g seaweed boiled
3-4 pcs. potato
50 g spinach
50 g sorrel
1 onions - head
1 pcs. carrot
1 pcs. tomato
50 g red beans, canned
50 g beet stew
1 garlic - clove
30 g margarine
Salt - to taste
Meat cut into pieces, pour 5 cups of water and boil until tender.
Add sea kale and potatoes, cut into cubes. Bring broth to a boil, add chopped spinach, sorrel and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Then enter the browned onions in margarine and carrots, sliced tomatoes, beans, salt, and cook for another 3 minutes.
Chop the beets into strips and cook it until tender, adding a little broth.
Stewed beet put in the soup, add the bay leaf and cook it for 5 minutes. Ready soup season with crushed garlic.
When serving, pour soup into bowls, sprinkle with chopped egg and chopped greens.
