Soup with fish and beans
Ingredients:
4 glass fish soup
200 g fish fillets (Orsk perch, pike or cod)
1 pcs. beet
80 g beans
80 g cabbage
2 shallots - head
10 g parsley root
1/2 pcs. carrot
30 g tomato paste
50 g butter

1 Art. l. vinegar of 3%
1 h. l. sugar
1 pcs. bay leaves
4 pcs. pepper black pepper
salt
Fish fillets cut into slices.
Beets, cabbage, onion and chop roots.
Boil the beans until tender.
Beets lightly fry in oil, add vinegar, tomato paste, sugar and simmer until tender.
Chopped onion and saut roots in the remaining oil.
Broth, bring to a boil, put the shredded cabbage, bring to a boil.
Put the fish pieces and cook for 20 minutes.
10 minutes until cooked add the stewed beets, boiled beans, browned roots, bay leaf, peppercorns, salt.
When serving sprinkle the soup with chopped herbs.
