1 l water
250-300 g pork
5-6 tubers potatoes
2 cloves garlic
1 head onions
1 glass beans

In cold water for 2-3 hours to soak the beans, then drain the water, put the beans into the pan, a little boil and pour the broth again fill with water, put on stove.
Rinse the meat, medium-sized pieces to cut, put the beans, bring to a boil, remove the foam, reduce heat plate, boil the beans with meat until soft.
Peel, dice, slice the potatoes, put it in soup, salt.
Peel, julienne cut carrots, chop onion finely, mix with carrots and oil to fry until tender, put in the soup.
Add to soup, Bay leaf, passed through a garlic press and pepper and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
Serve the soup of pork in Ukrainian with beans immediately after he will get ready.
