Soup with beans
Ingredients:
250 g the flesh of pork
100 g beans
200 g sauerkraut
1 PCs carrots
1 PCs parsley root
1 onion - head
2 tbsp. tomato paste
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 glass sour cream
1/2 tsp. sugar
ground black pepper, salt to taste
The beans soak in cold water for 2-3 hours. Meat along with beans, cover with water (5 cups), bring to a boil; removing the foam, cook it on low heat for about an hour.
Carrots, parsley and finely chop the onion and fry in 1 tablespoon of oil. Cabbage stew with the remaining oil, tomato paste, sugar and 1/4 Cup water until soft.
Ready remove the meat, and the broth is put cabbage, roasted vegetables, salt and pepper. Warm up for 5 minutes.
Before serving put in each plate a piece of pork, sour cream and chopped parsley.
