Vegetable soup with beans, cabbage and pepper
200 g cabbage
3 sweet pepper
2 tomato
1 l water
1 glass red beans
1 onions
2 tbsp. chopped dill
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
salt
Soak the beans for 6 hours in cold water, then cook until tender.
Cut into slices tomatoes, chop onions, pepper strips, heat the vegetables in vegetable oil for about 3 minutes, add the cabbage shredded in strips, pour hot water, to keep the soup to a boil, add the beans and salt and cook for another 5 minutes
Before serving vegetable soup with beans, cabbage and peppers sprinkled with herbs.
