Soup with beans
250 g pulp pork
100 g beans
200 g Sauerkraut
1 pcs. carrot
1 pcs. parsley root
1 onions - head
2 Art. l. tomato paste
2 Art. l. vegetable oil
1/2 glass sour cream
1/2 h. l. sugar
ground black pepper, salt to taste
Beans soak in cold water for 2-3 hours. Meat with beans, cover with water (5 cups), bring to a boil; removing the foam, cook it on low heat for about an hour. Carrots, parsley and finely chop the onion and fry in 1 tablespoon oil. Cabbage stew with remaining oil, tomato paste, sugar and 1/4 cup water until soft.
Remove the cooked meat and the broth, place the cabbage, sauteed vegetables, salt, pepper. Warm up for 5 minutes.
Before serving, place in each plate a piece of pork, sour cream and chopped parsley.
