Pancakes potato custard
12 potatoes
1 egg
1/2 glass flour
what kind of flour should I choose? we'll show
1 glass milk
1/2 teaspoon soda
1 a tablespoon of yogurt
fat
salt
Potatoes are cleaned and rubbed on a grater, squeeze the juice and pour hot milk. Add flour, buttermilk, egg, salt and mix it thoroughly.
With a spoon spread the hot pan small pancakes and fry them on both sides. Served with sour cream.
