Draniki (potato pancakes)
10-12 potatoes of medium size
2 tbsp. flour

2 eggs
13 glass vegetable oil
1 onion
a pinch of soda
salt
Remove the peel potatoes, grate it on a fine grater onion, peel and RUB, add eggs and flour, mix well and season with salt. Roast thick-walled pan, add to it the butter, allow it to warm up. Spread a tablespoon of potato mixture into the pan and fry from both sides on medium flame. Serve with sour cream and only hot. Do not leave the pancakes "for tomorrow", they will be tasteless!
