Traditional pancakes
12 potato tubers
5 eggs
1 glass sour cream
0.5 glass ghee or vegetable oil
2 Art. l. wheat flour

ground black pepper

Grate the peeled potatoes on a fine grater, combine the flour, eggs, pepper and salt, add soda and mix.
Frying pan heat the butter, spread it with a spoon potato mixture, fry pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
Serve traditional potato pancakes with sour cream, 3 per serving.
