Potato pancakes

500 ml yogurt
some yogurt to choose? we'll show

400 g flour

150 g butter

50 ml vegetable oil

5 g salt

5 g soda

1 potato tuber

Peel and grate the potatoes, add the yogurt, baking soda and salt, mix well to form a foam.

Stirring constantly, add the flour, the consistency of the batter should be thick as sour cream.

Bake potato pancakes on a greased hot pan on both sides.

Stack ready potato pancakes on each other, pouring the melted butter and serve with sour cream.
