Pancakes with prunes and veal
400 g pulp veal
300 g broth
24 pitted prunes
4 onions
4 Art. l. butter

To prepare the pancakes:
300 g sour cream
100 g bacon
6 potato tubers
2 onions
0.5 glass kefir or yogurt
0.5 glass vegetable oil
3 Art. l. rye or wheat flour
Cut the onion rings, fry until soft in vegetable oil.
Cut the meat into small slices and fry together with prunes for 5 minutes in butter, then pour the hot broth, pepper and salt and simmer until complete evaporation of the liquid, then add the fried onions.
To prepare the pancakes bacon cut into small cubes and fry until heated with oil, add finely chopped onion and fry for another 5-7 minutes.
Grate the potatoes on a fine grater, squeeze, add the onion and bacon, flour, yogurt, salt and mix well.
Potato mixture need to spread on a hot skillet with butter in small cakes and fry pancakes on both sides. Should get 16 pancakes.
Half cooked pancakes put in ceramic form, they put meat with prunes, lay on top of the remaining pancakes. Drizzle everything with sour cream and simmer pancakes with prunes and veal at 120 degrees for half an hour.
