220 g chicken
50 g vegetable oil
20 g onion
parsley
1 garlic - clove
1/2 lemon juice - lemon
ground black pepper
salt
Chicken cut into pieces and each piece nahcolite with a fork.
Prepare a marinade of oil, chopped parsley, salt, pepper, grated garlic, chopped onion and lemon juice. Marinate the bird 3-4 hours, turning occasionally. Then remove, let the marinade drip off, and fry the pieces on the grill or in a pan on all sides for 15 minutes, basting occasionally with the marinade. Serve with fresh or canned vegetables.
