Mushrooms with garlic marinade and seeds
500 g frozen mushrooms
For the marinade:
100 ml vegetable oil
6-8 garlic cloves
1 lemon (juice)
3 tbsp. seeds
1,5 tsp. honey (optional)
1 tsp. salt
? tsp. ground black pepper
herbs (to taste, fresh)
Cut small mushrooms in half, and large - quarters.
Bring to boil the water for a few seconds to omit the mushrooms, then immediately pour cold water.
Finely chop the garlic, combine the lemon juice with pepper, honey, garlic, herbs, butter and add the chopped parsley, stir.
Cooked marinade to pour over the mushrooms, stir, remove for a few hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
Seeds fry, sprinkle them mushrooms with garlic marinade and seeds before serving.
