Fragrant mushrooms in marinade
500 g or porcini mushrooms
? glass finely chopped onion
5 Art. l. lemon juice
4 Art. l. vegetable fat
2 Art. l. chopped parsley
1 h. l. salt

These fragrant mushrooms perfectly decorate the Christmas table, will appreciate its welcoming and guests at any meal. Pick the mushrooms by size with the same caps about 2 cm, they must be separated from the legs and rinsed in running water.
Pour water hats with 1 tbsp lemon juice, let stand for a few minutes, then discard in a colander and allow to dry.
Fry the onions in butter for 3 minutes, add the mushrooms, saute another 2 minutes, pepper and salt, add the rest of the lemon juice, cover with a lid, over low heat for another 5 minutes to warm up.
Pour the brandy, stir, allow to cool and clean fragrant mushrooms marinated in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
Before serving, sprinkle with fragrant mushrooms marinated in herbs.
