Flounder baked with olives
450 g flounder fillet
150 g grated cheese
1 lemon
6 tbsp. whole olives
3 tbsp. sliced olives
3 tbsp. bread crumbs
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. lemon juice
parsley
black pepper
salt
Rinse fish fillets and cut it into pieces, marinate in mixed juice with lemon oil for an hour, drain in a colander, Pat dry.
Cheese and olives to connect, put in a greased fish, add salt and pepper, to put on top of cheese and olive mixture and sprinkle all with breadcrumbs and bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
Before serving, flounder, baked with olives, with lemon and herbs.
