Flounder with mushrooms
250 g 8 carcasses flounder on
300 g mushrooms
200 g butter
what kind of oil to choose? we'll show
100 g bacon
8 sprigs of dill
2 onions
2 lemon
9 tbsp. lemon juice
8 tbsp. wheat flour
black pepper
salt
To remove the top dark skin flounder, cleaned of scale light skin, eyes, intestines and gills removed. Drizzle the fish with lemon juice, pepper and salt and leave for 50 minutes
Slice the mushrooms, bacon and onion into cubes, fry all together.
Breaded fish in flour and fry on both sides in butter, then warm in the oven.
Put the fish on a dish, lay the fungal mass, decorate with greens and lemon.
This tasty dish is perfect for a Christmas table as the first.
