Flounder shrimp sauce
1 kg flounder fillets
200 g dry white wine
125 g heavy cream
100-120 g shrimp
4 Art. l. roasted almonds
4 Art. l. butter

Pour over fish fillets wine, pepper and salt, simmered for 15 minutes at 170 degrees in the oven.
