100 g mushrooms
100 g shrimp
75 g sherry
50 g ghee
5 g parsley
8 pieces of fillet of flounder
2 garlic cloves
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1-2 tsp. grated ginger
turmeric (a pinch)
Fish fillets with pepper and salt, pour half of the finely chopped greens.
To grate carrots and onions, chop the shrimp and mushrooms.
Saute shrimp in butter, add mushrooms, onion, carrot, fry for 3 minutes, then add the ginger, turmeric, cumin, Cayenne pepper, 1/3 soy sauce and crushed garlic, stir.
Flounder fillet to coat shrimp-mushroom weight (1 tbsp to leave for the sauce, take fillet rolls and link arrows green onions, boil for a couple.
Preparation of sauce: shrimp-mushroom a lot to mix with the sherry and the rest of the soy sauce, a little boiled down.
Served starter "Fish curls with sauce. This appetizer will decorate the Christmas table, and any other holiday!
