Soup with shrimp and lemon
600 g raw prawns
400 g canned mushrooms
1.2 l water
1-2 lemon
2 Art. l. chopped cilantro
2 Art. l. chopped green onions
cayenne pepper
4 Art. l. fish sauce
Clear shrimp, rinse the shells and cover them with cold water, bring to a boil.
Grate the zest of lemon, squeeze the juice, drained mushrooms.
Put the zest in shrimp broth and cook for 5-6 minutes, strain the broth and then bring it to a boil. Add the mushrooms, shrimp, cook the soup for 5 minutes.
Add to soup fish sauce, green onions and cilantro, lemon juice and pepper.
