Shrimp with vegetables and tomato sauce
2 onions
2 Art. l. 2 tomatoes /. tomato paste
1 packing shrimp
1 carrot
? glass water / vegetable broth
3 Art. l. olive oil
1 h. l. lemon juice

Boil, peel shrimp from the shells, cut not too finely.
Tomatoes cut into little fry with carrots and onions in olive oil, add the lemon juice, spices and salted, then pour water or broth, about 20 minutes to put out over low heat, add 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Lay the shrimp to the vegetables, stir and serve the shrimp with vegetables and tomato sauce garnished with rice or potatoes, sprinkle with herbs.
